Perfect practice "LOVE MANTLE"

 for growing your self esteem and self confidence

       It is well known that own self esteem and self confidence plays a very important role in our day to day life. 

      Also psychologists affirm that in order to achieve something important in our carrier, family or in our surrounding world  - we basically need to improve our self esteem and self confidence, and truly believe that we are the owners and makers of our life.

      

These days is so fashionable to study some different courses of  personal growing or of interior force or on everything else you find interesting to do ( or you find on internet ) in order to become a ''higher level person" and  fit in our developing society. Everyone around is changing and spins so fast that we all do not have time to look in our soul and in our head and to decide what we really want. 

Ok, I deviated from the theme just a little bit, hope U have patience to read it trough the end.

Here is a simple mental practice U could do each morning before getting up from the bed and each night before falling asleep. Just use U imagination.

What is to be done - just  imagine a colorful picture :

 - In the morning, when U just woke up and U still are in U worm bed, imagine that your GUARDIAN ANGEL come to U and brings a MAGICAL MANTLE , brilliant, very beautiful, made of  Love, Wealth, Goodness, Light and Protection. It is very long and touches the floor. It has long sleeves and a large hood;

  - Imagine that U take it an PUT IT ON and U feel how the energy of the mantle spreads over the whole body and reaches and imbibes every cell and U feel that it becomes warmer and peaceful into U heart;

  -  The magic mantle will PROTECT U all over the day and fill U with Love;

  - Before going to sleep imagine that U TAKE IT OFF and GIVE IT BACK to your Guardian Angel and obligatory thank him for care and for all good things that happen that day;

  - Every day in the morning put on the Magical Mantle and take it off in the evening and U would observe that U life is getting better and U fell it and U know it.

Life is such a simple and at the same time complicated that we should use every opportunity and every moment to live it as we consider appropriate and to take the best of it every day.

And U have to believe that U opinion matters and U words are powerful.

Let's do it together each day during at least 40 days and U would see great changes.
Just believe in MAGIC.
